Roberto Elevator Shoes — a hand-finished brogue with 3.15 inches (8 cm) of invisible height
Some shoes are made. Roberto is finished — by hand, layer by layer, until the leather carries the kind of depth you only find in truly premium footwear.
A classic wingtip brogue, elevated
Roberto is a full brogue Oxford in warm cognac brown: a wingtip toe crowned with a traditional punched medallion, and brogue detailing tracing every seam. It's one of menswear's most enduring designs — and Faretti's take adds something no classic brogue ever offered.
A patina that can't be printed
The toe and heel are carefully burnished — darker tones worked into the leather to create a finish with genuine depth and character. No two pairs are identical; the shading gives each one a subtly unique signature, and the leather will only grow richer with the years.
Height, engineered invisibly
Concealed within the shoe is a precision-built height increasing system that adds a full 3.15 inches (8 cm) — while the silhouette keeps the clean, balanced proportions of a classic Oxford. Your weight is distributed along the full length of the insole for genuine all-day comfort. From the outside, no one will ever know.
Considered down to the sole
Even underneath, Roberto rewards attention: a burgundy sole stamped with the Faretti name, fitted with a black slip-resistant rubber insert for confident footing on any surface.
Presence you can feel
The extra height is only the beginning. Roberto lengthens your silhouette, steadies your stride and draws your posture naturally upright. Studies suggest that taller men tend to earn more, command more respect and are rated as more attractive; with Roberto, that advantage is simply part of getting dressed.
From the boardroom to the wedding
A brogue this refined pairs beautifully with a navy or grey suit, and dresses down just as well with chinos. Business meetings, weddings, dinner reservations — this is the pair you'll reach for whenever the day matters.

How to measure your foot
-
Stand on a sheet of paper, ideally in the evening — your foot is at its largest then.
-
Mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the distance with a ruler.
-
Compare the result with the table.

NO ONE WILL SEE IT. YOU'LL FEEL IT
The height increase is built into the structure of the shoe, not the heel. The heel is a standard height — the same as on any other shoe. The proportions stay natural. From the outside, it simply looks like an ordinary shoe.
We specialise in elevator shoes and nothing else. It's the only thing we do — which is why we know how to hide a few centimetres and still keep the shoe looking natural.
You'll notice the difference for the first time in the mirror. Then in a group photo, where you're standing taller than usual. And in conversation, when you look someone straight in the eye instead of slightly upwards. It changes how others see you.
It doesn't change who you are. It changes how you feel every day.
