Shoemaker finishing a Faretti shoe in the workshop

Shoes made
for one person

Any model from our collection can be made your way — in a different leather, with a different lift, with different finishes.

Traditional craft,
your decisions

Faretti works the way shoemaking has always been done: from the last, by hand, pair after pair. That method has one advantage over series production — something can be changed at every stage.

Write and tell us what you would like to change. You will get an individual quote and a summary of everything agreed before anything goes into production.

How it works

1

You write to us

You give us the model, the size and the list of changes. WhatsApp is quickest.

2

You get a quote

We send the price and everything agreed back in writing. Production starts only once you approve.

3

We make the pair

The shoes are built by hand, to your specification.

4

We ship

The finished pair goes to the address you give, by courier with tracking.

60 working days · lead time

That is how long it takes to build a pair from scratch for one person. This is not stock off a shelf — which is why we ask for patience, and why every pair is one of a kind.

Lead time

60 working days from approval of the quote

Deposit

50% of the order value before production starts, the balance before dispatch

Returns

Made-to-order pairs cannot be returned

A made-to-order pair is goods made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel, and our usual 60-day returns policy does not apply to them. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty goods.
