Email us or message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply the same working day. If your question is about an order, include the order number — and if you do not have it to hand, your name and the delivery address are enough. We will find the order and sort it out straight away.

Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm CET (8am–6pm UK time). On WhatsApp you can send a photo of the shoes or of your measured foot — that often settles the question in a couple of minutes.

Which size should I choose?
In most cases the size you normally wear in ordinary shoes is the right one — our shoes add height from the inside, so the sizing stays standard. To be sure, check the size guide, where we give the matching foot length for every size. If you are between sizes, send us your foot length in centimetres and we will advise.
I want to return or exchange my shoes
Everything is set out on the Returns and exchanges page — you have 60 days, and we pay to send the replacement pair out to you. There is no need to tell us in advance.
Where is my parcel?
We email the tracking number on the day of dispatch — please check your spam folder too. If the status has not changed three working days after dispatch, email us with your order number.
Wholesale and partnerships
Do you run a shoe shop or an online store and would like to stock Faretti? Email shop@farettishoes.co.uk with “partnership” in the subject line — we will send you our catalogue and wholesale terms.
We also work with content creators and influencers. If you publish about menswear, style or confidence, get in touch with links to your profiles and we will come back to you with a proposal.
